TCF Retreats and Supportive Weekends

TCF Weekend Retreats are non-religious, and offer bereaved parents an opportunity to relax and to meet with a small group (about 10 - 20) of other bereaved parents. There are programmes of discussion groups and other topics but it is up to you how much or how little you take part in.

Supportive Weekends are similar to Retreats but could be for a larger group of up to 40 people.

Sibling Retreat

7-8 August 2010

TCF will be facilitating a retreat for adult siblings at Woodbrooke (just south of Birmingham) which is a beautiful peaceful place in lush grounds and easily accessible by train and bus.

They have a half-price deal this August which means that for a 24 hour retreat from late morning Saturday 7th August to after lunch Sunday 8th August would only cost £54.25 per person, including accommodation and all meals. We can have a room to meet in or wander in the very lovely grounds - exactly how we structure our time is up to us (any input welcome) but it's an opportunity to meet bereaved siblings in a peaceful environment and spend some time together.

At the moment we need to get an idea of how many people might like to come. If you'd like to find out more about the venue have a look at their website http://www.woodbrooke.org.uk/pages/retreats.html
If think you might like to come then please send an email asap to either Rachael or Diana:
